Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of confirmation.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days across Pakistan, depending on your location. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) typically receive orders within the shorter end of this window; other areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Rate 1: PKR 250, condition: order total < PKR 2500
• Rate 2: FREE, condition: order total ≥ PKR 2500

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD orders will be confirmed via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch to ensure accuracy of your delivery address and order details.
• Please have the exact cash amount ready for our delivery rider.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods. We'll notify you of any significant delays.
